Lisa Rydberg, violin and Lisa Eriksson Långbacka, accordion, are unique voices on the Swedish folk music scene. The duet established in 2011, but had existed as a seed in their thoughts for a period of time. Both of them have actually heard from others: you should play together! The two Lisa´s invites to a music that stretches the boundaries of genres, and their co-play is characterized by responsiveness and sincerity, a mutual arrangement in the moment. The repertoire consists of both traditional tunes from Hälsingland and Dalarna, and own compositions that reflects their musical connection to folk music, barock music, tango etc.
